Sugar Free Banana Bread
What you need
1 Cup Almond Meal
1 Cup Self Raising Wholemeal Flour
2 free range eggs
25grams of Organic Butter
2 Ripe Bananas
1 tablespoon Cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste, or seeds of 1 vanilla bean
1/2 cup of skim milk
Method
Whisk together the butter and eggs until creamy. Add in mashed bananas, and the remaining ingredients. Lastly add your skim milk till you get the right consistancy. Pour mixture into loaf shaped mould and bake at 160-180 degrees Celcius, depending on how hot your oven gets. Bake for 45mins or until cooked.
Enjoy :) The natural sweetmess of the bananas replaces the sugar.
